What you share with us

Our signup collects your first name, email address, email consent, signup time, and optional phone number and preferred personal contact method. Please do not submit sensitive health information or someone else’s private story. We do not collect payment information on this launch site.

How we use your details

We save your subscription to provide the complimentary journal and send Between Us, Sis. conversations, prayers, reflection prompts, and resource updates. An optional phone number and phone preference let us respond personally where appropriate; they do not enroll you in automated texts. Speaking inquiries arrive by email and are used to discuss your invitation.

Services supporting this website

OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare support hosting and subscriber storage. Brevo stores your first name and email address for our email community and supports newsletter delivery and subscription choices. Microsoft 365 supports our contact mailbox. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request logs, and browser details to operate and protect the service. This site does not add advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. The hosting platform may use cookies or other necessary technical features.

Your choices

To unsubscribe, correct your information, or request deletion, email hello@betweenussis.com. Include the email address used to join. We retain subscriber information while providing the email community, subject to your requests and applicable recordkeeping needs. Downloading the journal does not require you to remain subscribed.

Subscriber details are stored on the server and are not displayed publicly. No online system can guarantee absolute security. This community is intended for adults; please do not submit a child’s contact information.
